Forum Config (Again)

Sorry, I’ve been incredibly busy, with well; coursework, homework, you name it. The forum config is quite high in my list and I will get round to it ASAP. But you an cope for now surely?

    You already use WordPress… why don’t you use the “Simple:Press Forum” plugin from http://www.stuff.yellowswordfish.com/ … you could have your forums up in just a few minutes and it’s WordPress Page based so there is no difficulty with multiple databases, different user lists, and multiple file backups…

    Plus it has available cross posting from wordpressSPF so you can update your forum AND your wordpress blog in one clean shot… add Private Messaging to/between you and your user list and detailed/extended profiles (with avatars), organize Forum and Group message feeds with feedburner, and even maintain file uploads for / between users.

    Thank you so much for this. To be honest we are realy new to all this word-press stuff and we didn’t know there was a plugin for the forum. After installing it, it seems so much easier to sort out and has made it much easier to manage everything.

    Again thank you so much for this and the forum is now up because of this.
